Painting Water

The other week I took time out to visit the Frank Bowling exhibition (‘Seeking The Sublime’) at the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge.

I was particularly inspired by his painting ‘ Pondlife ( after Millais ) ‘. You can see a photo  on my latest Facebook and Instagram posts. His use of colour in the water has inspired me to be braver with my own picture ‘Forged In Life’ as I try to show the floods rising, due to climate change.
