A group of fifty Original Oil paintings produced by artist Ted Coney on the theme of family life and family relationships.

I never run out of ideas because families are endlessly fascinating.

The collection starts with a painting about his grandmother and her four sisters, produced in 1969. He is now working on a painting about his grandmother and her four sisters again, after the discovery of some old hand carved pegs.

Most of the paintings are oil on canvas, though there are some examples of painting on glass, wood and Ivorene.

The history of family and symbolism in paintings play a key role in this original collection.
