They Are Everywhere

We’ve just been staying in a wonderful house in Collioure to celebrate my 80th birthday, with our children, partners and grandchildren.

On two mornings I got up early (it was very hot!) and did two tiny watercolours of the garden. My seven year old grandson joined me and brought his sketchbook as well. He did some lively drawings and even attempted to paint the swimming pool .

At one point I asked him what he was sketching ( another part of our surroundings?)

‘A Zombie’ he replied.
