A Good Read

I’ve been reading Will Gompertz’s book ‘Think like An Artist’ which was a birthday present. It’s so full of common sense that I found myself shouting out aloud in agreement.

I particularly like the chapter entitled ‘All Schools Should be Art Schools’ which may have been written with tongue in cheek but there are so many truths in it. Art School teaches you how to solve problems not just memorise what you’ve learnt. The curriculum should be doing more of this.
