Pop-up gallery to open this Sunday

A pop-up art gallery in Ely opens its doors for the summer season this weekend.

Ted Coney, 70, spent more than 30 years as Head of Art and Design at Hills Road in Cambridge before retiring in 2005.

Since then he has been running popular pop-up galleries from his 300-year-old home in Waterside, Ely.

This will be the sixth year running that Ted has invited people inside his home to view his work, the majority of which is divided into four predominant themes: Birth and Death, Family Traditions, Women and Secrets.
