Another Wave

I was very interested in the wave installation displayed at the Hastings Contemporary gallery when we visited recently.

Entitled ‘Elegy’, it was a large photograph of the sea printed on fabric which was hung, hammock style across  the room. The ripples of the waves were accentuated by the many threads which helped it to appear to float above the floor.
