They Came In

We’ve been staying in Sheringham for the last forty -five years with all our family and always have a boat race with model yachts  on the pond at some point in the holiday. I used this event in a painting – IF THE BOATS COME IN ?  in 2013 to poise the question would everyone still make it this year or were some members slipping away?. I was particularly thinking of our relatives in Spain, America and Australia. Well, in 2025 they all came (36 in total) and took part in the race.
