Bah! Humbug

I was asked if I would like to display my painting CHRISTMAS CAROL tonight at a ‘Dickens At Christmas’ event in the local church.

I declined as it’s rather difficult to unscrew off the wall and transport and then I would have to find an easel to display it on. I wasn’t convinced that in a dimly lit building anyone would even notice it was there.

My picture does show the ghosts of my past ((hidden in the holly leaves), my present (in 1984 when it was created) and the future (see gift tag) but feel this is not the right occasion.
